At Custom Box Packagings, we provide custom packaging solutions, and we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Defective Products: If the product is defective or incorrect, you must inform us within 21 working days of receiving your order at sales@customboxpackagings.com. Please include clear photographs of the defect. A free reprint will be provided if the fault is on our end.

• Non-defective Products: If you wish to return a non-defective product, the full order must be returned within 21 working days at the customer’s expense. A refund will be issued after deducting the product’s setup and shipping costs.

• Return Shipping: The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
